This update for tomcat to version 9.0.21 fixes the following issues:

Security issue fixed:

– CVE-2019-0199: Added additional fixes to address HTTP/2 connection
window exhaustion (bsc#1139924).

This update was imported from the SUSE:SLE-15:Update update project.
